THE “BACKWARD-MARCH” Against Iranian Regime
An artistic performance called “Backward March: The World Backs Down to Iranian Terror.” Street theater performers staged a silent march across the city of NY against Iranian-backed terror and the dangers associated with the Iranian nuclear deal on the day Iranian President Rouhani addresses the U.N. General Assembly in New York.
The world must be reminded of the continued human rights violations perpetrated by this regime and its growing threat to world peace. The “deal” with Iran, has not only left four American hostages behind, including Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian, but the Iranian government will now have access to over $150 billion to finance terror worldwide.
Twenty-four performers joined renowned conceptual artist Mookie Tenembaum who led the first Backward March, “Omission Accomplished”, in Buenos Aires this July. The NYC event is sponsored by the Argentinian Jewish Community (AMIA) and The International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation.
